Description

Vermont, located at 75 New North Road, is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. The façade has three ranges of sash windows, with the outer two bays displaying moulded cornices above the ground floor windows. The southern bay has an oblong shape with tripartite windows and a moulded surround, while the northern bay is canted and has Tuscan piers between the windows. The entrance door has four moulded panels and an oblong fanlight, flanked by Tuscan three-quarter columns supporting a cornice with a blocking course.
