Description

73 New North Road is a mid-19th century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, featuring a pitched fish-scale tile roof and bargeboarded gable ends. The building stands two storeys high with attics. The end elevation includes a three-light stone mullioned window on the first floor, where the central light is the tallest and arched, accompanied by a hoodmould. On the ground floor, there is a canted bay with a blind traceried parapet. The side elevation also has a three-light stone mullioned window with a transom and hoodmould. Additionally, there is an arched porch in antis, with an attractive stone oriel above.
