Description

This is a two-storey building of mid-19th century date, located on the south side of New North Road. Constructed of ashlar, it features a pitched slate roof, a moulded eaves cornice, and a blocking course along the top of the facade. The building is composed of two ranges, each with two sashes. The doorways have oblong fanlights, and are flanked by Tuscan half-columns that support cornices with blocking courses.
