Description
80 New North Road is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar stone, featuring a pitched fish-scale slate roof. The building has coped gables supported by kneelers and stands two storeys high with attics. It is characterized by rusticated quoins and three window ranges, with the outer two slightly projecting and topped with coped gables that have finials and single pointed lights with hoodmoulds. Between the gables is a parapet adorned with blind trefoil-headed arches. The first-floor windows are paired sashes with flat-arched heads and square hoodmoulds. On the ground floor, there are two canted bays with paired mullioned windows, strings, and crenellated parapets. The central door features a 4-centred arched head and a square hoodmould, with a crenellated parapet above.
