Description
90 New North Road is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar stone. It features a pitched roof covered with fish-scale slates and stands two storeys tall with attics, topped by a parapet. The façade includes two ranges of bipartite mullioned sash windows. The west range projects slightly and is topped with a gable supported by kneelers, which features a vase-shaped finial and a triangular cusped window. There is a shallow canted bay adorned with Perpendicular style panelling between the windows and a crenellated parapet. The entrance door has traceried lights and is framed by a four-centred arch, flanked by buttresses, and topped with a gable that includes a blind trefoil.
