Description

The gatepiers and dwarf wall to numbers 89 and 91 on New North Road date from the mid-19th century. There are seven gatepiers made of ashlar stone, featuring chamfered edges and moulded caps adorned with geometric ornamentation. The gatepiers are connected by a hammer-dressed stone dwarf wall, which has ashlar coping.
