Description

Tregenna is a mid-19th century ashlar building on New North Road, part of a larger development including Highfield Nos 82 and 82A. It has a hipped slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features four giant pilasters extending the full height, supporting an entablature and pediment over the two central bays. A moulded eaves cornice and parapet are present over the two outer bays. There are four ranges of sash windows, with the two central ground floor windows having moulded surrounds. Two doors, leading to flights of steps with ornate cast iron balustrades, are located in the flanking bays.
