Description

Rosemullion is a house located on Rye Road in Sandhurst. It was originally built in the late 16th century as a lobby entrance house, later refronted in the early 19th century and refenestrated in the 20th century. The building is timber framed, with red brick cladding on the ground floor and tile hanging on the first floor. It features a hipped tiled roof with an off-central brick chimneystack. The house has two storeys and four windows, with 20th-century casements and a 20th-century weather porch. Inside, there is a chamfered spine beam with unusual stop and similar floor joists.
