Description

Stone House is an early 19th-century house located on Rye Road in Sandhurst. It is constructed from Tunbridge Wells stone ashlar and features a hipped slate roof with end chimneystacks that are cemented. The house has two storeys and three windows, which are 16-pane sash windows. The central entrance has a doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door. Access to the entrance is via a flight of four steps that includes an iron handrail.
