Linkhill House is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Rye Road in Sandhurst. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with four end brick chimneystacks. The house is two storeys tall and has five windows, which are 12-pane sashes set in reveals, with ribbed brick voussoirs above them. The entrance is marked by a round-headed doorcase that includes a semi-circular fanlight and a keystone, with a 20th-century porch built over it.
