Description

Perrins is a cottage from the 18th century, formerly known as Downgate Cottage, located on Megrims Hill. It features a timber frame, with weatherboarding on the front elevation and tile hanging on the right side. The roof is half-hipped and tiled, with a brick chimney stack positioned off-center. The cottage has two storeys and attics in the gable end, with two casement windows that have leaded lights. There is a gabled porch from the 19th century, and a weatherboarded lean-to on the left side.
