Description

Rosemeadow Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century, which was refronted in the early 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is clad in weatherboarding on a brick plinth. The cottage features a half-hipped tiled roof and an off-central brick chimneystack. It has two storeys and attics in the gable end, with four windows that are 19th-century casements. The doorcase includes a flat hood supported by wooden brackets and a plank door. At the rear, there is a catslide roof. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a salt recess.
