HORSMONDEN BRICK KILN LANE TQ 73 NW (south east side) 4/15 Railed chest tomb of Twort Family, about 10 metres soutb of Church of St.Margaret GV II

Railed chest tomb. Circa 1800 to Richard Tyler Twort and family. Wrought iron railings with spear hind rails and urn finialed principals. High quality chest tomb, with double moulded stepped base to moulded plinth, corner piers enriched with flaming urns, swagged oval inscription panels and moulded and inscribed top slab.
