Description
This outbuilding, located 10 yards north of Nepicar House, was originally a barn and dates back to the 17th century. It features a framed structure with red brick and random rubble stone infilling. The roof is hipped and covered with plain tiles, complete with gablets and inscribed roof lights. The building consists of four bays and has been recently converted into office accommodation, which includes additional roof lights. It is included in the listing for its group value context.
