Barn with lower range outbuilding attached to right. C18. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Red brick plinths. Half hipped red plain tiled gambrel roof and midstrey to barn with grey slate outshot 2 bag cartlodge to front left. The outbuilding has red pantiled roof hipped to right. 4 bays. Queen strut side purlin roof. Hanging knees to tie beams. Through bracing to walls. Halved and bladed top plate scarf. Forming the north eastern range of the farmyard complex q.v. 7/259, 7/260 and 7/261.
