Barn, pigsties and cartlodge. C18. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Red brick plinths. Red plain tiled roof to barn at right. Red pantile roof to central single storey pigsties. Half hipped red plain tiled gambrel roof to left cartlodge. The barn has a forward gabled midstrey. 5 bays. Hanging knees to tie beams, through bracing to walls. Full height 3 bay cartlodge with loft over. Hanging knees to tie beams and top plates, outshot at rear. Forms the southern range of the farmyard complex C.V. 7/259, 7/258, and 7/264.
