Description
Lindsey Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that features a timber frame and plaster exterior. It has a red plain tiled gambrel roof with two catslide dormers and a red brick chimney stack on the right side. The cottage is one storey with attics and has a two-window range of small paned casements. The central entrance is a vertically boarded door. Inside, the cottage retains an almost unaltered two-bay layout, including an original inglenook fireplace, chamfered bridging joists, and some vertically boarded doors.
