Description

A house, now divided into two dwellings, likely dating from the 16th century or earlier, with subsequent additions and alterations. The house is timber-framed and panelled with decorative plasterwork. It has red plain tiled roofs and three chimney stacks: one to the right and two to the central range, the stacks being red brick. The central range is flanked by forward crosswings, the left one having a jettied upper storey. The facade has a 1:2:1 window arrangement featuring casement windows, horizontal sliding sashes, and small panes of glass. A 20th-century bay window is located on the ground floor to the left of the house, and a 20th-century door with a top light is on the right.
