Description

Hill House is a 17th-century timber-framed house that was altered and given a new facade in the early to mid-19th century. The front is now painted brick, with a slate roof and two brick chimney stacks. The house has two storeys and four windows, featuring 16-pane sash windows with vertical dividers. The ground floor windows have cambered head linings. A doorcase on the right side has a cambered fanlight above a six-panelled door. The side elevation has been stuccoed and features incised lines. A rear extension was added in the late 19th century.
