Description

George Inn Cottages is a row of cottages that was originally a single house, dating from the 16th century. The building features painted brick and rendered elevations over timber-framed structures. It has a plain tiled roof that is hipped to the right, with a stack on the left end, a ridge stack on the right, and a hipped dormer on the left. The cottages are two storeys high with an attic and have a three-window front. There is a small window added on the first floor, in the second bay from the right, and all windows are casements. The front also includes three 20th-century half-glazed doors, with two located together in the second bay from the left and the other in the second bay from the right.
