Description

East Mote Oast is a mid-19th century oasthouse that includes a granary and two roundels. It is constructed of random rubble with red brick dressings and features plain tiled roofs. The granary has two storeys, with three windows on the right and one door on the left on the first floor facing north. There is a wide entry on the ground floor. At the south-west end, there are two roundels, which have an entrance, a bedroom, and a pentice over the hoist above. The cowls and wind-vanes are still present.
