Description

Four Oasts at Home Farm is a pair of oasthouses and a granary built in the late 19th century. The structure features four oasts with cowls and wind-vanes located to the north of the granary. Constructed from red brick, the building has a slate roof, and the first floor is weather-boarded on the south side. It stands two storeys tall, with the oasts made of red brick and topped with slated cones. The oasts are arranged in pairs diagonally, with two being particularly squat in appearance. The easternmost oast has a wooden ramp of unclear purpose situated below the cowl. The building is notable for its double-height roundels, which are extremely rare, if not unique.
