Description

This early 19th century dairy is located on the north side of Wateringbury’s Tonbridge Road. It is built of painted brick with a hipped slate roof. The building has three storeys and a three-window front facing south, with an irregular front to the east. It features sash windows. The south front includes a canted bay window on the left-hand side, a central panelled door with a flat projecting hood, and a corniced shop front on the right. The east front features double doors on the ground floor to the right, and a single door above, accompanied by a cast-iron hinged hoist to the left. The building is listed for its group value.
