Description

Moorlands Cottage is a farmhouse that likely dates back to the late 15th century. The ground floor is constructed of random rubble stone with some red brick in the center. The first floor features exposed timber-framing with plaster infilling and additional red brick. The roof is hipped and covered with plain tiles, topped by a tall central brick chimney. The building has two storeys and an extremely irregular three-window facade with casement windows. There is one boarded door located off-centre to the right.
