Description
Dawes Cottage is a farmhouse that possibly dates back to the 17th century. The ground floor is constructed of brick, while the first floor features an exposed timber frame with plaster infill. The roof is hipped and tiled, with an off-centre ridge stack located to the left. The building has two storeys and a three-window front, although it has modern casement windows.
