Description

Flint's Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the east side of Bush Road in East Peckham. The building features a brick ground floor and a tile-hung first floor, topped with a plain tiled gabled roof that has ridge stacks. It stands two storeys tall and has an irregular three-window front, with 19th-century casements. To the left, there are modern rounded bay windows. The near-central entrance consists of a panelled door with a shallow gabled hood supported by brackets. A string course made of projecting alternate bricks runs along the ends of the block between the ground and first floors.
