Description

The Long Arm is a 16th-century farmhouse with an L-shaped plan and a slightly later wing to the north. It features a timber frame with plaster infill and a plain tile roof that is hipped to the west, complete with a ridge stack. There is one modern hipped dormer on the south side. The west side has an irregular height full-length jetty supported by joists and corner brackets. The building stands two storeys tall and has a three-window facade to the south that is extremely irregular, with 19th-century casement windows.
