Description

Rectory Farmhouse is a farmhouse that possibly dates back to the 17th century. It features a timber frame with plaster and some painted brick. The original layout consists of two units with a lobby entry, which has been extended by an additional bay to the south. The building has a thatched roof with a ridge stack. There are three dormer windows with casements and three ground floor casement windows set in segmental arches. A notable feature is the 18th-century six-panelled door framed by a wooden architrave. Inside, there is a carved beam that is said to be dated 1792.
