Description

  1. NELSON PLACE 5283 (South West Side) BROADSTAIRS Nos 21 to 25 (odd) TR 3968 SE 2/127 II GV 2. An early C19 terrace (together with No 19). 3 storeys and basement stock brick with ground floor and basement stuccoed. Parapet with stone coping. 6 sashes with glazing bars intact. Cast iron balconettes to 1st floor windows, the ground floor and basement have curved bows with 3-light windows to ground floors. Simple round-headed doorcases and steps to street.

Nos 11, 15 to 35 (odd) and No 39 form a group.
