Description
This is an early 19th-century terrace comprised of numbers 3 to 5 RAGLAN PLACE in Broadstairs. The fronts of the buildings are stuccoed, while the rear elevations are constructed of flint. The terrace has two storeys and six windows, arranged as three sashes for each property. Each property features a round-headed doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight above the door. Numbers 3 to 5 form a group with numbers 9, 11A, 11B of High Street, as well as all the listed buildings in Serene Place.
