Description
Pococks is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the 17th century and the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick in English Bond on the rear wings and features a plain tiled roof. The entrance front, which is from the 19th century, has three storeys set on a plinth and showcases three pedimented shaped gables, with the right gable slightly recessed, and three chimney stacks. The first floor has three glazing bar sash windows, while the ground floor has two paired sash windows and one sash window in the second floor of the right gable. The central entrance features a panelled door with sidelights set in a recessed doorway. The rear wing, dating from the 17th century, also uses English Bond brickwork and has kneelered gables, a plinth, and a plat band, along with remnants of stone jambs for doorways and wooden mullioned windows.
