Description

A row of cottages dating from the 18th century, restored in the mid-20th century. The cottages are constructed of brown and yellow stock brick with a plain tiled roof. They are one storey high, with an attic, and feature a corbelled brick eaves cornice to a half-hipped roof. There are five hipped dormers and three chimney stacks positioned to the left, centre, and right of the building. The front elevation has five segmental-headed sash windows with glazing bars, and four segmental-headed glazed doors. The rear elevation presents three gabled wings and two hipped dormers. The cottages are included on the list for their group value with The Crown Inn.
