Description
The Kings Head Inn is a public house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brown brick with tile hanging at the rear and features a plain tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and has a parapet above a hipped roof, with chimney stacks located at the right end, centre right, and projecting at the left end.
On the second floor, there are three half-sized glazing bar sash windows and one blank space to the centre left. The first floor has three glazing bar sash windows and a window space, with an additional glazing bar sash to the left. The ground floor features a central three-light mullioned and transomed window, along with a glazing bar sash in an outshot to the right. All windows have red brick gauged heads.
To the left, there is a half-glazed door with a rectangular fanlight and a pediment on a panelled pilaster surround, accessed by three steps with an iron handrail. To the right, there are double half-glazed doors in an identical surround.
