Description
13 Cecil Square is a three-storey building with a basement and area, likely built later than the other properties in the square. The exterior is stuccoed and features a dentilled cornice and parapet. There are five sash windows, with the three central window bays projecting slightly and having a pediment above. The glazing bars are missing. The first floor has architraves over the three central windows, while the second floor has three similar windows set in reveals. The entrance porch is supported by fluted Doric columns and has a semi-circular fanlight. Currently, the building is occupied by a bank, and the ground floor has been altered to create a bank frontage. The building is part of a group with Nos 1 to 5 (odd) and Nos 6 to 15 (consecutive).
