Description

21 Marine Gardens is an early 19th-century building that stands four storeys high with a basement. The exterior is finished in stucco, featuring a parapet with stone coping. It has two sash windows without glazing bars and recessed blank panels above the third-floor windows. A string course runs along the building. There is a later shopfront added to the ground level. This property, along with Nos 20, 20A, and 21, is part of a group with Nos 13 to 19A on Albert Terrace.
