This early 19th-century building comprises two properties, 18 and 18A Church Street. It is constructed of stucco, with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate, featuring a frieze and cornice. The building is three stories high and exhibits four giant Ionic pilasters on the upper floors, with three sash windows. The ground floor is rusticated and contains modern shop fronts, centered around a doorway. Properties 18 and 18A are grouped with numbers 2 to 8 (even) Albert Street.
