Description

No. 8 Regent Street is a building from 1904 designed in a modified Art Nouveau style. It is constructed of red brick with stone dressings and features a curved gable end facing the street. The building has three storeys and has altered shop fronts. The upper floors are accented by shallow chamfered buttresses at the ends and between the windows. There are three tall sash windows on the upper floors, with the first floor featuring neatly flat arches and the second floor showcasing round arches, with the central window being taller. Additionally, there are balconies with cast iron railings.
