Description
Number 16 Albert Terrace dates from around 1840. It is a four-storey building rendered in stucco, topped with a stone coping. The windows are sash windows, most of which have lost their original glazing bars. A cast iron trellis-work balcony is present on the first floor. The left-hand side features a round-headed doorcase containing a six-panelled door and a three-light canted bay. Number 16 forms part of a group of buildings with numbers 3 to 19A, and also with numbers 13 to 19A, 20, 20A, and 21, relating to Marine Gardens.
