Description

Nos 20 and 20A Marine Gardens are early 19th-century buildings that stand four storeys tall with a basement, featuring a stuccoed exterior. They have a parapet topped with a small pediment, which has acroteria at both ends. The buildings showcase a moulded dropped eaves cornice and two sashes with intact glazing bars, although the windows on the first floor have been altered. There are also later shopfronts added to the ground level. Nos 20, 20A, and 21 are part of a group that includes Nos 13 to 19A Albert Terrace.
