Description

Nos 20 and 20A on the west side of Market Place are early 19th-century buildings. They are constructed of stucco and feature a Welsh slated roof. The buildings rise three storeys and are distinguished by four tall Ionic pilasters on the upper floors, which are topped with a corbelled wooden cornice. There are three sash windows, and the ground floor has modern shop fronts with a cornice. Nos 20A, 20 to 25 (consecutive), and No 1 North Street form a group.
