Description

Nos 21 and 22 Market Place are 18th-century buildings constructed of red brick with a Welsh slated roof and a moulded wood cornice. They stand three storeys tall, featuring five sash windows on the upper floors, each set under flat arches with keyblocks. The shop front is distinguished by Roman Ionic columns at the ends and a pair of entrances flanked by these columns, all beneath an entablature. These buildings are part of a group that includes No 20A, Nos 20 to 25 in sequence, and No 1 North Street.
