Description
No. 20 is a house dating from the 1820s, situated on West Cliff Road in Ramsgate. It is constructed of white brick with flint to the return elevations, and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a basement, and features a parapet and stack to the left. The first floor has two glazing bar sashes. A canted bay window with glazing bar sashes is present to the basement and ground floor. The right-hand side has a six-panel door, the top two panels glazed, leading up seven steps. A glazing bar sash is also present at basement level. A simple railed area is located at the basement. The property is included on the list for its group value.
