  1. Part of an early C19 terrace. 4 storeys and semi-basement stuccoed. Parapet with stone coping. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. 1st floor iron balcony has been replaced by wooden one. Curved bay to ground floor and semi-basement with 3-light window on the ground floor. Simple round-headed doorcase. Flight of stone steps with iron railings incorporating a footscraper.

Nos 1 to 3 (consec) form a group together with The Prospect and No 9, The Parade.
