Description
This is an early 18th-century house located on Ramgate High Street. It is constructed of red brick with channelled render on the front facade. The building is three storeys high with a basement, set upon a plinth with pilaster quions. It features plat bands, a projecting cornice over the pilasters, and a parapet. The windows are regularly spaced with segmentally headed glazing bar sashes on the second and first floors, and four on the ground floor. The central ground floor entrance is accentuated by a fine doorcase with fluted Corinthian pilasters, a raised entablature, and a modillioned segmental pediment. Basement openings are present to the left and right of the main facade.
