Description

The walled gardens to the north of Brenley Farmhouse date from the 17th and 18th centuries. They feature chequered red and blue brick walls that stand about 10 feet high, tapering to 5 feet in some areas, and are buttressed. There are semi-circular arched openings at various locations. The gardens consist of three courtyards located to the north and northwest of the farmhouse, each approximately 50 yards by 50 yards in size.
