This building is a barn located about 100 metres east of Colkins, dating from the 16th century and refronted in the 17th century. It is timber framed and clad with red brick in English bond, topped with a plain tiled roof. The roof is half-hipped to the right and features a shaped gable with an aedicule on the left side, along with a hipped mid-strey and two 20th-century hipped dormers. Inside, the barn has a frame with passing shores to the arcade posts and a queen post roof. There is also a wall that runs approximately 15 metres to the south, standing five feet high and constructed in English bond red brick.
