Description
These early 19th-century properties, number 28 and 30 London Road, are constructed of stucco and stand three storeys high. The ground floor features a shop front. The first floor has four oblong sash windows, while the second floor contains four square sash windows, all set within panels and framed by flat stucco pilasters that extend to the eaves entablature. The building has projecting eaves and a gutter, topped with a hipped tiled roof. It forms a group with number 2 Bank Street.
