The building includes numbers 24 and 25 High Street, Flats 5 and 7 of Roebuck House at 26-27 High Street, and Flat 2 of Roebuck House on Roebuck Street. The ground floor features original shops with altered details from the mid-to-late 19th century; these have splayed frontages and a heavy dentilled cornice. The first and second floors have two two-storey splayed bays, each with sash windows lacking glazing bars and a dentilled cornice above. The roof is tiled and hipped, included in the listing only for group value. The listed buildings along High Street, from number 1 to 118, form a group.
