It is a tall structure finished in stucco, featuring a heavy moulded cornice and a parapet. The building has three storeys, with the first and second floors showcasing two 2-storey splayed bays that contain sash windows without glazing bars. The ground floor has bar windows, and the original fascia is covered by a modern board that is supported by original ornate console brackets.
