Description
This is a fine building dating to circa 1810, situated on the north-west side of the High Street. It is a three-storey structure, one window wide. The ground and first floors are constructed of brick, while the second floor is stuccoed and painted. The ground floor features a round-headed doorway, slightly recessed, with a half-round fanlight above. A narrow Venetian window sits to the side. The first and second floors incorporate a shallow bow with a wide Venetian window. All windows retain their original glazing bars. A parapet tops the building, and it is distinguished by its good architectural details. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. A tile-hung side elevation is also present. The building is part of a group of listed buildings along the High Street, extending up to and including number 118.
